Hala Ghanem teaches Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Kettlebells and Barre. She has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. She is certified in Yoga through Yoga Works at the 500-hour level. Mat Pilates with Linda Fit, Barre with Power Pilates and continued education with Stott Pilates. She has more than 20 certifications under her belt and she has chosen the best and most effective of these programs in Boone. Her classes draw from an eclectic mix of different styles. Her classes are fluid and upbeat. Hala’s teaching philosophy is that there is something for everyone and your physical body is a great entryway to your mind and spirit to heal and grow. You just have to find the right teacher(s) and the right space. She hopes that Boone will provide you with exactly that!
