A lifetime of participating in different sports and activities helped Ashton appreciate the amazing things the human body can achieve. He wanted to work in a field that focused on fitness and a encouraged healthy lifestyles. This inspired him to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science. After graduating, he worked in orthopedic physical therapy, gaining an understanding on biomechanics and rehabilitation. Now, he guides others towards better lifestyle choices, helping clients reach their fullest potential.
He has been a group and personal trainer for over 5 years continues to seek more knowledge of human performance. His goal is to give clients the tools and motivation to become more flexible, leaner, stronger, more comfortable doing your daily fitness activities, while helping them reach their goals in fitness and nutrition.
