The Class

It’s your favorite Pilates moves from the original mat work with a lot more punch! Your abs will be changed forever! On different days we use different props such as Pilates Ring, balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, or light weights to create a dynamic class that flows and is fresh every time. We work on key elements – core muscle strength and spinal alignment.
